Within 5 mile radius of Hatfield: We can arrange pick up and offer a personal free delivery service to all addresses within a 5 mile radius of Hatfield, Hertfordshire.
Anywhere in the UK: Usually within 2-3 days but please allow up to 5 working days to avoid disappointment. Gifts are usually dispatched either same day or within one working day after your order is placed, (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). If you have a deadline for delivery, such as a baby shower, then please inform us by email when you place the order. We will keep you up to date via e-mail as to when your gift has been dispatched. All deliveries need to be signed for.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred by our courier or the postal service. If a mistake is made by you the sender for example, supplying the wrong delivery details, then any re-delivery will incur a cost to you of £10 for all items and the usual delivery costs of all other items listed above. Please ensure you provide the correct postcode.

If you require a guaranteed NEXT DAY delivery service (available for cakes and bouquets only), you can contact us to check the item is in stock. This will be £10 for all cakes. Orders will need to be received by 10am and a 'next day' delivery charge of £10 will be added. Please note this only applies to working days. If your order is placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday it will not be despatched until Monday.
Product Availability
The majority of Baby Bouquets and Nappy Cakes by Ohana Baby are made to order, therefore if a certain product or ingredient becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to use an alternative product of equal or greater value. Ohana Baby cannot be held responsible for availability of products. Please note all images and photographs are for illustrational purposes only. We endeavor to describe all products accurately and display accurate photographs, however designs and styles may vary.
Payment
We use Paypal as our preferred payment method. You do not need to have a Paypal account to be able to use this. Please note that there is an option at the check out to 'continue without logging into Paypal/pay by card' for those who do not have a Paypal account or those that wish not to log in. We also accept cash on collection. Please be aware that orders will only be sent once the payment has cleared in our accounts. If you intend to collect your order from us, please contact us and we will advise you of the collection details.If you collect your order you will be refunded for any postage and packaging you may have paid for.

Ohana Baby
In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with any of your Ohana Baby products you may wish to contact us before sending your return to see if we can resolve the issue. If we cannot resolve the problem you may return your purchase within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Refund excludes any money paid for P&P. We would recommend that you use a recorded delivery service and obtain proof of postage for your returns as we can not be held responsible for any items lost in the post. Your order and all of its ingredients must be returned in the same condition in which it was received and in the full original packaging. Please note for hygiene reasons, refunds will not be issued if the nappies are unwrapped or any of the items are opened. Refunds will be issued once the cake is received by us in an acceptable condition.
Ohana Media
For your own safety we recommend you use a recorded/signed for postage service when sending your original tapes and pictures as this is how we will send them back to you. We cannot take responsibility for items lost in the post. Unfortunately, we cannot provide any refunds for DVD's or digital photobooks due to the bespoke nature of the service we provide - but would be happy to take on any constructive feedback you may have on the finished product.
