Delivery and prices
Within 5 mile radius of Hatfield: We can arrange pick up and offer a personal free delivery service to all addresses within a 5 mile radius of Hatfield, Hertfordshire.
Anywhere in the UK: Usually within 2-3 days but please allow up to 5 working days to avoid disappointment. Gifts are usually dispatched either within two working days after your order is placed, (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). If you have a deadline for delivery, such as a baby shower or work colleague leaving, then please inform us by email when you place the order. We will keep you up to date via e-mail as to when your gift has been dispatched so please ensure someone is there to sign for it.

Sometimes delays occur within couriers or the postal service which we can’t be held accountable for. If a mistake is made by you the sender, for example, supplying the wrong delivery details, then any re-delivery will incur a cost to you of £10 for all items and the usual delivery costs of all other items listed above. Please ensure you provide the correct postcode to avoid any problems!

If you require a guaranteed NEXT DAY delivery service, you can contact us to check the item is in stock. Please note this only applies to working days. If your order is placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday it will not be despatched until Monday.
Damages
Though our couriers are reliable and very trust worthy, on the odd occasion a gift may be damaged in transit. We have little control over our products once they have been sent, however please contact us as soon as you received the package and we will investigate the matter. We will need you to send the damaged products back to us and we will send a replacement if they are reported by the next day. You can report damages by calling or e-mailing us.
Payment
We currently accept many forms of payment:
Paypal – You can use most major cards with this option and you don’t even need an account.
Cash – On collection of your gift only.
Cheque – Please send this when placing order. Once your cheque has been cleared, we can post out your gift.
Product Availability and Design
We have the majority of our products in stock, however from time to time Ohana Moments may need to make you a specially bespoke gift. In this case, if certain items are not available or discontinued, we will try our hardest to provide you with something of the same value. The images shown on our site are indicative of real designs and descriptions are as accurate as possible, however please note that your actual gift may show a slight adaptation but rest assured it will make no difference to the overall WOW factor!
Refunds and Returns
Unhappy with your product? We’re very sorry you feel this way and will do everything to ensure you’re dealt with the courtesy you deserve.
In the first instance, if you’re unhappy with any of the products, please contact us to see if we can help. If we’re unable to do so, we’ll be more than happy to send you a full refund (minus the postage) if you send it to us completely intact (with all items and packaging) within seven working days. Recorded delivery is suggested as sometimes items can get lost which we are not accountable for.
